The Victoria and Alfred is a lavishly restored 27 en-suite bed roomed Victorian home with a modern touch. This beautiful home is set in tranquil surroundings, and is ideally located close to the Port Elizabeth Airport, blue flagged beaches and the major shopping centres in the area. Its luxurious interior offers unsurpassed comfort and style and our three Conference venues promises the ultimate in luxurious surrounds to satisfy the most discerning of guests, both Corporate and Tourist.

All Suites are spacious with their own en suite bathrooms appointed to the highest specifications. No smoking in bedrooms is allowed, but guests are allowed to smoke in our pub, the courtyard, and around the pool.

Our three conference rooms can seat from 10 to 80 delegates in comfort. Our largest Victoria and Albert room is a dedicated conference room with overhead DPL projector, surround sound, large screen, stage and video conferencing facilities. We also cater for small to medium wedding.

A delicious full English breakfast is included in the tariff and a varied dinner menu is optional and on request bookings is essential.

Helpful Hosts

Very short stay. Hosts were nice, helpful (provided a good restaurant recommendation). Neighborhood seemed peaceful and quiet and is near the airport (didn´t seem to be anything to do within walking distance, best to have a car). Room was roomy, nice, and clean.

Best service

It was such a great and pleasant stay at Victoria & Albert! The place is close to everything.The environment is so peaceful, my children really loved it. they cant stop talking about the place, delicious breakfast, super treatment, lovely faces of servants, always smiling, best service, and more over friendly city! Victoria & Alfred--A charming inn

We arrived on a late flight, tired after a full day of travel. The Victoria & Alfred was everything we needed to regroup before heading out on the garden route. The owner/managers were personable and helpful, the room clean and comfortable, and the breakfast hearty. Recommended for vacation travellers like we.

Amazing stay

Great overnighter

We arrived late afternoon and the room was very fresh, clean and comfortable. Security was excellent, especially for the carpark. Excellent breakfast and hospitable and efficient host.
