Description
This fully equipped self-catering and self-service apartment can sleep a maximum of four persons and is situated within walking distance of a Kwik Spar, medical facilities, museums, sports grounds, a public swimming pool, parks, cinemas, coffee shops, an Internet café, a laundromat, a post office and financial institutions. The apartment is also situated within five minutes' drive of the beaches, shopping centres, Boardwalk Casino Complex, restaurants and family entertainment.
The apartment is situated on the fifth floor in a secure apartment complex, and has a private entrance. It features a ceiling fan in the lounge-dining room and main bedroom. the main bedroom has a remote-controlled TV, as does the lounge. Selected DStv channels are available.
The main bedroom and enclosed balcony each have a double bed. the apartment comprises a lounge-dining room, a kitchen with a stove and oven, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. There is a secure entrance to the complex and remote-controlled access to an on-site under-cover parking bay.
Please note only persons quoted for are allowed to share the accommodation apartment. Should the booking be for one or two persons only the second bedroom, enclosed balcony room, will be locked.
Guest have to provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries. We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival.
Guests are required to do their own cooking, dishes, cleaning of the apartment and making of the bed. We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen and towels with clean fresh linen and towels for new guest arrivals.
Fully equipped and we also supply towels, linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment.
Families and children of all ages are welcome.

Wonderful and peaceful stay
The place is very nice, clean and quiet. The rooms are comfortable especially the main bed room, you feel like your at the comfort of your own home. The balcony room is very nice with a view of PE. I was very impressed cause there was NO cockroaches.
