Avalon Terrace is situated in the tranquil suburb of La Mercy, away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city centre.
It is comprised of three six sleeper apartments. All apartments have a stunning view of the ocean, lagoon and the shoreline. Guests have a choice of self-catering or bed and breakfast.
Visitors can indulge in the many water sport activities available, or try some outdoor fun on horseback, quad bike or hiking. At Avalon Terrace, you are five minutes away from Sibaya Casino, Mangwanani African Day Spa and the Gateway Mall.

A spacious fully equipped apartment that can sleep up to six guests. The apartment has amazing views of the lagoon,river and the sea. Tastefully decorated with quick access to all amenities.

Two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Braai facilities are available on your own private deck.

Avalon Terrace 3 (1 unit)
Avalon Terrace is a beautifully decorated apartment overlooking the La Mercy lagoon and the ocean. The apartment has two bedrooms featuring a queen-size bed and twin beds respectively. A sleeper couch is available in the living room. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The living room is spacious, with lounge sofas and a TV connected to a DStv decoder (bring your own smartcard) and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. A braai facility is provided on the patio.
