Description
The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms, each sleeping three persons in a king-size bed and single bed or three single beds. In the lounge there is a double sleeper couch for two persons, so the apartment can sleep eight guests.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom is serviced by a shower, basin and toilet. There is a private lounge, kitchen and patio, with DSTV-bouquet and secure off road parking. The main bedroom and lounge are air-conditioned.
Cosy Nest and Cosy Nook are two lovely one bedroom flats, inter-leading if required. Each Flat comprises of the following, bedroom with king-size or two single beds with air-conditioning. The lounges have single beds and sleeper couches with strong fan, open plan kitchenette, shower, basin and toilet Flats feature DSTV-bouquet and secure off road parking.

Fantastic
Our stay at Clinch was fantastic. The hosts are very friendly and the guesthouse was perfect for a comfortable and relaxed weekend away. We will return to Clinch without a doubt!!

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our 1week stay
So peaceful and close to gateway mall, la lucia mall as well as close to the beach front.. I would highly recommend clinch cottages as your perfect home whilst in Durban... I'm sure i'll be back real soon... The location is perfectly central for site seeing Umthanga rocks and Ushaka marine theme park...

Fantastic Holiday at Clinch Cottage
Clinch Cottage was the perfect home away from home. It was a nice quiet & relaxing home and close to all the main attractions that we wanted to see. Lauwrie was very welcoming and we felt right at home in the cottage. It was great to have a place where our 3 year old son could play outside safely. Next time we visit Durban, Clinch Cottage will definitely be our temporary home again! The only problem was that our holiday was too short, as holidays always seem to be!

It was a nice place to stay, more reserved and more professional. The hospitality was fine, we never had a problem at all. Friendly owners. I will like to come back and enjoy next time and hopefully soon.

Comfortable stay
Our stay for two nights and three days was quite comfortable in the spacious unit. We went in a group of five, and the self-catering unit was well equipped to serve for all of us.
